§  Collaborated with the company’s President, General Manager and Assistant General Manager in formulating company policies, discuss, deliberate and propose solutions to matters pertaining to administrative, technical and commercial issues requiring executive management decision.

§  Prepare and control construction schedules using the Primavera Project Planner software

§  Establish the projects’ cost codes and control the projects’ cash flow.

§  Manage all of the company’s projects ensuring good quality, timely completion and profitability.

§  Technical and administrative coordination with clients and clients’ representatives, property administrators, architects/designers, and government agencies.

§  Assist in the preparation and negotiation of project variation orders.

§  Commercial coordination with clients, suppliers & subcontractors.

§  Assist in quantity take-off and costing for projects that are for bidding
