  • Responsible for procurement and contract management encompassing pre-tender, post-tender and post-contract functions for packages related to buildings, infrastructure and landscaping works.
  • Compiling tender documents with review of scope of work and Bill of Quantities, short listing bidders in liaison with Project Manager/ Consultant incompliance with policies and directives of the company.
  • Inviting tenders from the selected bidders, attending pre-bid meetings and site visits and also addressing to tender queries of bidders through addenda.
  • Performing tender evaluation and developing tender reports referring to the technical evaluation report prepared by the Project Manager/ Consultant.
  • Dealing with post-tender correspondence to address clarification/ qualification/ exclusion/ non-compliance as well as organizing and participating in bid meetings.
  • Coordinating with various internal departments such as Legal & Finance for contract approval.
  • Formulation of contracts for formal execution by the Service Providers (Consultants/ Contractors) and identifying contractual work requirements while ensuring compliance to contract provisions.
  • Monitoring work performance of the Service Providers and reviewing entitlement of any claim for variations, changes or deviations to the works executed by them against the agreed contracts.
  • Constantly communicating and addressing issues on variations including drafting Employer Representative instructions, and also negotiating and settling them through variation orders.
  • In charge for processing interim and final payment requests for approval and release of payments.
  • Closing-out contracts on completion by issuing completion certificates and settling final accounts.
  • Review and advise on value engineering exercises and claims related to extension of time, prolongation costs, loss of productivity due to delay and disruption etc.
  • Procuring goods through Oracle and creating cost reports/ cash flow as per management requirements.
  • Attend auditing and respond to queries of auditors.
