Lead Planner

Responsible for all project planning and controls on the project. Main responsibilities were the development and integration of the master schedule with partner and contractor programme. Review of tender schedule and clause 14 for schedule quality, compliance with organisations’ requirement and scope of work as well as health and safety. Monitoring progress against project baseline, analyse EV reports, produce project dashboards and liaising with project stakeholders and project manager on a regular basis. Ensuring project commissioning period does not slip from plan.
