Position

Packages Planning Manager

Duties

×  Planning, Scheduling, updating and monitoring the project activities.

×  Developing Revised Construction Programme including loading resources, financial implications and all relevant Contract requirements.

×  Responsible for planning activities of Direct Sub-contractor Packages.

×  Supervising and monitoring senior and junior planning engineers.

×  Updating the master program in comparison to actual site progress and reporting progress to the Project Director and the Management Team

×  Preparing Monthly Target Programme & KPIs for Finish work Trades

×  Progress monitoring and identifying the potential problem areas obstructing work progress and proposing plans for improvement

×  Assessment of available Human & Plant Resources and preparing histograms for the successful completion of the projects.

×  Risk assessment analysis, and preparing recovery/mitigation schedules

×  Resources productivity rate analysis

×  Preparation of monthly & weekly project status reports.
