  • Develop project schedule for the execution of work covering schedule, manpower and progress, utilizing Primavera (P3).
  • Give input to and review subcontractors – plans to ensure logic and interfaces with project planning.
  • Physical and financial progress monitoring and review of all trades of works, and report deviations.
  • Monitor forecast schedule and initiate actions when this schedule deviates from current plan.
  • Prepare baseline revisions to catch up the schedule.
  • Prepare internal and external project reports and follow up sub-contractors planning and progress reporting.
