·         Develop project schedule for the execution of work covering schedule, manpower and progress, utilizing Primavera (P3).

·         Give input to and review subcontractors – plans to ensure logic and interfaces with project planning.

·         Physical & financial progress monitoring of all trades of work and report deviations.

·         Monitor forecast schedule and initiate actions when this schedule deviates from current plan.

·         Prepare baseline revisions to catch up the schedule.

·         Prepare internal and external project reports and follow up sub-contractors planning and progress reporting.
