Senior IT Director

·         To oversee the streamlined operation of the IT department and to ensure it aligns with the mission business objectives of MSM.

·         Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data and services.

·         Direct development and execution of the disaster recovery and business continuity plan.

·         Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration and system testing

·         Manage IT department operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.

·         Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.

·         Participate in performing an IT Governance review to improve efficiency and achieve better control over the information and communication technology environment and in documenting IT policies and procedures.
