Detecting delays in each subproject and to the overall, Review each subproject CPM program, analyses critical path for each subproject after/before updates, Cost loading, Resource loading, Method of Statement, Payments, Variations, Monthly Reports submitted by contractor. Monitor the progress at site. Attending & participate at progress meetings. Review and validate extension of time claims submitted by contractors. Analysis all delays in the KASP project and Subprojects.
