- Following up the process of design and permits phase till singing contact with the owner contractor.

- Prepare list of recommended consultants offices.
- collect the financial and technical offers form consultants offices and open it with client.
- Follow up, study and submit recommendation to the client of all submissions from the consultant.
- Study time extensions submitted by consultant and issue recommendations to client.
- Study Payments submitted by consultant and issue recommendations to client.
