• Responsible for the establishment of planning and scheduling for the project by using Primavera. • Liaison with project team representative to establish the Schedule based on key dates as specified in the contract. The schedule shall include a detailed schedule, WBS, critical activities, milestone dates, resource loading, generate progress S-Curve, EV analysis and rolling program etc. • Calculate the quantities, rates and generate the monthly cash flows requirement. • Setting up and updating Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress for controlling project activities. • Coordinate with subcontractor to finalize planning requirements and coordinating between different activities. • Attend meetings with Clients/project managers & clarify planning strategies. • Reconciliation of all project activities on monthly basis and compare. • Prepare and demonstrate presentation to in-house top management personnel and checking actual progress against baseline program and negotiate the solution for resolving any irregularity in project execution as per schedule. • Attend in house meetings for smooth the running of the project and implement the deviation according to change order. • Develop and maintain estimating guidelines for work assignments, and assists with estimates for new projects. • Provides direction to collect and evaluate statistical and technical information for use in the department. • Directs workers for preparing cost estimates and cash flows requirement to optimized progress in compliance with customers’ satisfaction. • Coordination with electrical and mechanical supervision engineer to meet the construction sequence and schedule and to avoid reworks. • Attend various training programs, seminars on project management.
