•     Mainly involved in planning end to end projects. Setting Master Baseline programs, submitting planning packages, and EOT Extension of Time Claims.

•     Attending Client and Consultant meetings to review on progress and smooth execution of the project. Internal meetings to analyze the procurement status.

•     Preparation of Revised base line, late plan, early plan, project scheduling, identifying activities, OBS, EPS, WBS, S-Curve, Time-sheet, Resource analysis and leveling, updating progress by collecting information from Project Managers taking various kinds of reports.

•     Review of bill of quantities (BOQ), Study of drawing (2D & 3D), Cross check of vendor bills and supplier invoices, Cost estimates, Internal and external reports.

•     Time sheet management, scheduling site visits to compare consumption norms and actual site execution according to B.O.Q.

•     Studying of tender documents, drawings, general and specific conditions of contracts.

•     Store management and wide knowledge of construction materials and finishing works.

•     Negotiations with contractors and exposure on other materials used in construction like HVAC systems, electrical fit outs, plumbing works, drainage works, firefighting equipment, Fire alarm system, SMATV.

•     Application of International safety and security standards.

•     Handling of skilled and unskilled persons at various stages of Project execution.

•     Identify risks and schedule risk response and management plan.

•     Project documentation & historical data development.

•     Constant Monitoring of project and schedule compression through fast tracking and crashing techniques.

•     Submittals and Approvals, method statements, Material Approvals and Drawing approvals, etc...

•     Preparing Project closer documents and Approvals of Invoices Internal and External.
