Key Responsibilities

 

Work closely with the Managing Director as part of the Company Senior Management team, including strategy, Sales & Operations and resource responsibilities.

 

Investigation and detailed review of various disputes and claims.  This includes the production of analysis and reports, including the collation of relevant historical and contemporaneous data, information and witness statements.

 

Production of statements of claim, effect and sufferance by clients – this can be a detailed document cataloguing the impact of various events and actions suffered by our client during the period of their undertaking (Project completion, out-fit, etc.)

 

Fulfil the role of Third Party Assessor (an independent assessment of effects of delays between parties and a recommendation on determination) and Expert where required.

 

Advise clients on suitable methods of Delay Analysis, Dispute Resolution and presentation of Delay and Time related Claims and the defence of Delay and Time related claims.

 

Perform in a Sales and Marketing capacity, selling the company services and products to existing and future clientele.

 

Act as Client Relationship Interface between the company and the client – including other direct facing/client facing roles.
