Zinc Expantion Project (ZEP) Lead Planner

This was a Very complex Brown Field Project representing an invstment made by Lundin Mining to Explore the new Zinc ore Bodies named Lombador North/South that will allow the increase of Zinc Production and extend the Life of Mine.

Responsible for defining Planning and Scheduling Concept, Progress measuring procedure, Sub-contractors scheduling co-ordination.

Implementation of reporting procedures, KPIs monitoring, Operations coordination.

Work included the establishment of the Primavera database structures, a detailed execution level schedule resource loaded and the development of auxiliary tools to extract information and track progress directly from P6 databases.

Function involved the training, coaching and coordination a team of several schedulers working for the ZEP project.
