Network Rail – Infrastructure Projects – Programme Integration                              July 2015 – Present

I work and report directly for the head of planning for Network Rail, In my role I work on P6 & Tilos. Tilos is a time/chainage programme that I am rolling out across the whole of network rail and integrating it into the current projects. I travel all over the country visiting people training them and assisting them with Tilos.

·         Tilos integration throughout the CP5 projects

·         Training/support for new Tilos users

·         Putting together Tilos Programmes for projects

·         Assisting Navigant on reviews/audits (external company)

·         Pulling information from programmes in P6

·         Assisting marketing in P6 programmes

·         P6 programme planning where required
