Worked on a £700 million contract to provide the Royal Artillery with an unmanned air vehicle (UAV) designed for all weather intelligence surveillance target acquisition and reconnaissance use.
  • Administered the Earned Value Management System to actively control cost and schedule variances;
  • Provided programme-level schedule and issue management alongside performing risk management;
  • Managed interdependencies between project plans and provided schedule risk analysis to Management;
  • Enforced compliance with management standards and managed programme-level report generation;
  • Conducted cost /schedule variance trend analysis, statistical EAC development, earned value training, schedule development /maintenance, and critical path analysis (CPM).
