- Administered the Earned Value Management System to actively control cost and schedule variances;
- Provided programme-level schedule and issue management alongside performing risk management;
- Managed interdependencies between project plans and provided schedule risk analysis to Management;
- Enforced compliance with management standards and managed programme-level report generation;
- Conducted cost /schedule variance trend analysis, statistical EAC development, earned value training, schedule development /maintenance, and critical path analysis (CPM).
