Mr. Yayan is one of my teams that show his capability and knowledge in his subject matter especially in project control and planner position. He able to notify the management any critical path for the project. He is a team player and a fast leaner. His response toward his job and task is remarkable. he willing to work extra hours and put his efforts to complete the job. He also has a good leadership since he able to influence the other engineer to complete the team task.
