Paul Taylor is a highly motivated leader in the project controls and programme management community.
I have personally worked with Paul in starting up two Joint Ventures, delivering major capital programmes (£0.5B to £1.0B). In both of these, Paul has been critical in developing baseline programmes, and establishing a rigorous project controls environment to under-pin the success of the programmes.
Paul engaged enthusiastically in keeping abreast of current best practice in the industry, and promoting its application within MWH and the alliances and joint ventures of which is it a part.
