My passion is the construction and engineering industry of which I have been in service for 23 years now. My interpersonal and communication skills are a testament to my success over the years. It pleases me to see those around me progress and lead a better lifestyle. I have over the years matured and grown to acknowledge and understand the complexities of our socio-economic dispositions – this through the perspective of an education and experience so as to become an asset to my country and the world in the future. One needs to know the environments that they are serving in order to identify their needs and my life experiences account for this ability. Leadership comes naturally and my belief is that very little can be achieved without good support, good teamwork and hard work. Organisation and effective planning skills are a must for me. Over the years I have developed my skill of transferring knowledge to those who desire it and I have been involved in contributing to many training and development programmes from grass roots level to engineering levels.
