Dr. Daryl R. Brydie, joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant in February 2005. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton he was employed by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and was promoted through the ranks to the level of Senior Member of Technical Staff. He is a recognized expert in identifying, prototyping and implementing value-added solutions for clients utilizing various cutting-edge technologies. Specifically, Dr. Brydie is responsible for managing large-scale infrastructure projects involving the implemention of virtualization technology in conjuction with Network Area Storage (NAS) solutions designed to improve the cybersecurity posture of the United States Navy. As a result of his outstanding efforts, he was awarded his Teams Appreciation Award in November 2005 and March 2007, and Engineer of the Year in 2008. In addition to his strong technical background, Dr. Brydie consistently utilizes his talents as an educator in transferring his knowledge and expertise related to the practicality associated with the strategic utilization of such technologies in the enterprise datacenter environment. As a contributing member of his team with a particular interest in developing and implementing secure infrastructure consolidation solutions, Dr. Brydie is considered the resident expert of the organization in this realm.
