Excellent ability to carry out Critical Path Analysis (CPA) to determine the causes and effects of project slippages, and implement mitigation actions with the programme owners’/project team buy-in.

Knowledge, understanding and application of Earn Value Analysis, producing all Earn Value Indices: Schedule

Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), as well as Resource Histograms and S-Curve generation.

Constructing a network of work appropriate for specific workpackage.
