I have been employed as Managing Director, EMEA Manager Customer Delivery, Expert in Organizational Excellence and Continuous Improvement, Senior Consultant, Quality Manager, Senior Auditor (IS/IT, Manufacturing, Services)  for various companies and has experience within the software, telecommunications, IS/IT, and services industries. His clients or employers have included The United Nations, REEF, MACIF, MMA, and Michelin. He has geographical working experience in EMEA.

I'm a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality, member of the Project Management Institute, and the ISACA. His professional certifications and credentials include the CMQOE (Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence from the ASQ), PMP (Project Management Professional from the PMI), APMC (Advanced Project Management Certificate: the Kerzner Approach to Best Practices from the IIL) and BACP (Business Analysis Certified Professional from IIL), CISA (Certified IS Auditor from the ISACA) and CRISC (Certified in Risks and IS Controls from the ISACA), ITIL (from EXIN) and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (Information Security Management System).  His service skills incorporate training and facilitating, change management, risk management, project management, quality management, and organizational excellence including Lean Six Sigma.

I have achieved an Advanced Master in Project Management and Innovation from the ESIEE (Paris) and Master of Engineering in Radiocommunications and Microwave from The Universities of Bordeaux and Limoges (France).
