I have extensive experience as a Programme controller and use of Primavera P6 and MS Project and I am responsible for creating plans on P6 with critical path and interdependencies identified, Resource profiles in Primavera. Programme Status reporting at Level 0 to 3. Am able to compare Schedule Performance from Baseline to Actuals using variance reports, Risk Analysis and Management, Critical Milestone Measurements, Earned Value Management data (SPI and CPI).
