Over thirty years of direct Project Management experience in project offices and jobsites in Project Controls and Construction Management positions on strategic projects for national and multi-national clients working for Bechtel Corp as well as client organizations.  Project execution experience from inception, feasibility studies to startup and project close out. Last five years experience in Project Controls Management and Construction Area Management positions for Clients. Emphasis in feasibility studies, budgeting, cost control, contract management, client liaison and management reporting.  Broad work history in Project Controls and Construction on gold and copper projects both Concentrators and SX/EW. Successfully completed Project Controls Management, as well as Client Construction Area Management responsibilities for projects at all stages of project development, execution and completion in the United States and South America.
