I am a director of the FTI Consulting Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice and based in Qatar. A skilled planner/delay analyst having more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, my career encompasses work in contracting, consulting and client side.

Over the past 20 years I have carried out expert witness work undertaking the diagnostic and forensic programme analysis required in claims and dispute situations, giving evidence in both the High Court and arbitration proceedings.

I am experienced in the analysis of claims under FIDIC, JCT and the NEC form of contract, and has relevant experience of claims across a broad area of construction including corporate and  private  commercial  and  residential  projects,  as  well  as public and corporate infrastructure.

I have extensive expertise in the successful planning of complex and diverse construction projects as well as providing advice in project recovery and delay avoidance matters. I also have broad experience in the planning of all project types from inception to completion. These include; oil & gas, roads, airports, power stations and buildings (hotels, residential, commercial, retail, leisure, etc.)
