ü  PrepareProject Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for controlling and reporting 

ü  Prepareand monitor a CPM schedule & Barchart Schedule

ü  Perform schedule calculations and apply constraints to a schedule

ü  Developed, updated and controlled Schedule (Level 4)

ü  Prepareprogress report and Developed and Controlled S-Curve project (weekly and monthly)

ü  Monitoringand controlling activity progress

Ø  Prepare progress report and S-Curve project (daily, weekly and monthly).
