NOTABLE PROJECTS:

Intel Manufacturing Support Building- Hillsboro, OR - (2013-Current) (Turner Construction)

This $250M project was fast tracked with a very detailed schedule.  Over 12,000 activities were necessary to document design, pre-construction, long lead procurement items, the construction of over 500,000 sf of Fab space and the commissioning of approximately 900 systems and pieces of equipment.  With respect to the thought that went into the building of this schedule and the shear amount of logical relationships between activities, this schedule was the most complex OnTrack has ever helped put together.

Santa Clara Valley Medical Center- San Jose, CA - (2009-Current)(Turner Construction)

A $600 million project which includes a 6-story Bed Building addition, an Energy Plant re-model and a new campus Utility Loop. This complex project has an 11,000+ activity schedule and has seen significant design changes and scope increases.   Dave started off as an outside expert hired to assist the Turner Construction project team in the proper development of a cost and resource loaded baseline schedule using P6.  In over four years on this project Dave has taken over handling all of the day-to-day scheduling requirements for the project including updating, documentation of time impacts, monthly submittals, narratives and budget analysis.

E&J Gallo Capital Development Projects, Phases 1, 2 and 3-Livingston, CA (2012-Current) Scheduling services on over 10 interrelated projects at Gallo’s Winery. The $200M in total project value is expected to reach ~$500M by the time the winery expansion is complete in 2018. OnTrack has been able to forge strong, professional relationships with each Gallo project team and their associated subcontractors. The results of utilizing these professional scheduling services have enabled Gallo to make timely and accurate business and financial forecasts, that were previously unavailable, for each grape harvest season.
