• Portfolio Management Office Experience

• Experience in Private and Public sector Programs and projects

•Planning & scheduling focal point for project and delivery managers and supervisors.

• Ensuring project plans and schedules are delivered on time and within the guidelines of the project controls processes and procedures

• Identify efficiencies or improvements in all areas - manpower utilization, equipment, downtime, work flow and production

• Stakeholder management

• Client/Customer experience

• Responsible for the development, updating and maintenance of project Planning scheduling system methods, procedures, time-schedules, physical progress, dashboards)

• Definition of WBS and Work packages structure, increasing project team awareness of Project Milestone, main durations and Critical Path Analysis

• Earned Value Management, project status reporting, CPI & SPI reporting

• Supporting Client approval process of the Schedule Baseline by providing accurate data.

• Getting Client approval of progress claimed or milestone achievement in order to enable invoicing

• Monitoring and controlling the project status, to detect any delay and to propose corrective actions in order to mitigate risks and prevent any delay when assigned to project as and when necessary

• Estimation of the delay linked with changes and claims and to prepare the Extension of Time analysis, in case of delay due to Client

•Budget and forecast analysis

• Sap CO/PS
