§  Preparation plan of daily Job on supervisor level as per the work front availability.

§  Monitoring and analysis various aspects of progress of all activity on daily basis with implementation of Daily Schedule Time Sheet.

§  Preparation of discipline wise progress, S-Curves and manpower histograms.

§  Preparation the overall material consolidation through the system and provide the information to discipline wise.

§  Preparation of bill of quantity and Entry in project monitoring systems.

§  Preparation of Test Package.

§  Spool Marking.

§  Preparation of Extra Work all the discipline wise.

§  Co-ordination all the matter of invoicing of discipline.
