Summary

As a Regional Scheduler for AECOM Construction Services with 13 years of experience in the design and construction industry I develop, manage and maintain project controls, timelines and CPM schedules. Primarily using the latest CPM planning tools from Oracle/Primavera (Primavera P6) I work with project management staff in support of client expectations and the contract requirements to develop detailed and summary/master level construction schedules. My on-site experience and skills extend to the development of 3D site staging and logistical plans utilizing Google Sketchup Pro, cash flow projections and other presentation graphics. With a focus on project controls oversight and earned value management (EVM), I track and analyze progress in the field vs the baseline plan. Utilizing lessons learned on past projects, I have successfully created realistic baseline and recovery plans.
