An Achievement focused individual able to work under pressure. Professionally presented with a flexible yet methodical approach and a positive, proactive attitude to create a robust outcome with confidence. Adaptable to different industry requirements with a flexible schedule. - Successfully completed Primavera P6 professional fundamentals Training at Oracle University. - I have all GCSEs above C grade & 3 A levels. - I will adapt easily into any work environment that demands similar prospects and guarantee my commitment and pro-active attitude. - A good understanding of engineering and construction, excel and programming software’s. - A great appreciation for onsite safety, logistics and coordination. 2013 – 2015 Current works – Costain - London Bridge Station Revelopment (as part of the Thames link programme worth £6.5 Billion): I currently work for Costain at London Bridge Station Redevelopment, since working here I have experienced planning for civil works undertaken by Costain (otherwise known as self-delivery works) and Early works such as demolition, piling and drainage (which have been part self-delivery and part subcontracted). I do both short term and long term planning. My general role requirements include undertaking progress updates, future planning, EVA, resourcing, coordination, logistics and project controls. I like to go the extra mile to help and assist the engineering team and enjoy creating detailed sequence slides, paperwork trackers and gaining/acknowledging a good amount of understanding for up and coming works which I can handover and feed into the team. I have managed project wide coordination meetings as well as general project control requirements across the job and therefore developed a great appreciation for what the client expects including clarity and accuracy. I have easily adapted and integrated into different teams and enjoyed working on a continuously fast paced live site. I have developed strong management and organizational skills, and have had a great amount of exposure to different work fronts such as fit out and finishes, M&E and structural steelwork including the interface between subcontractors. 2012 – 2013 Previous works – Balfour Beatty – London Underground track partnership (Contract value £20 Million) : I worked for Balfour Beatty Rail (Track partnership) as an assistant construction/possession planner, on a track renewals/maintenance project throughout London Underground. I worked closely with the delivery team of each individual weekend possession (Drainage, Points and crossings and Ballast and Track renewals). By collating and studying all information on specific jobs and working closely with the engineers, I have the ability to challenge the logistics of work as well as train and plant capacity and materials. I produced two programmes per possession, one in Tilos and one in Primavera. I studied the risk of each possession and developed an understanding of measures to mitigate delay, reduce cost and manage resources.
