ü Preparing tender schedules.
ü Calculating manpower requirements for the entire project as per productivity rates.
ü Calculating equipment requirements for the entire project as per productivity rates.
ü Preparation of the cash flow,manpower and equipment histogram for the tender requirements of projects.
ü Preparation of the master schedule by ensuring the project’s relevant milestones and activities are incorporated into the schedule.
ü Preparation of resource loaded schedule as per realistic productivity norms and cost loaded schedule with respect to the BOQ values.
ü Preparation of “S” curve andresource histograms.
ü Updating the actual project progress (engineering, procurement and construction) accurately on weekly basis.
ü Regular liaison with client, consultant, project operational team, subcontractors &other related parties, ensuring a proper coordination with them.
ü Tracking of project progress by preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports and through earned value management.
ü Preparation of KPIs and graphic visualizations of the progress in a presentable way.
ü Providing recommendations to the project team through delay analysis by identifying the float paths and by providing weekly look ahead reports.
ü Participating in internal and external meetings by making presentations on project progress and issues, ensuring that all contact fosters good relationships and promotes the company’s best interests.
ü Preparation of the Recovery program & monitoring tool program by incorporating actual site conditions and site instructions.
ü Preparation of the EOT claim Reports through “window analysis” in accordance with the project contract requirements & with respect to the FIDIC requirements.
