Keith Harris
I started my career in Architecture in Cambridge, working for Local Authorities and then private practice on Commercial Projects as Senior Technician, designing, detailing and job running. Since those days I have also worked as a Building Surveyor and Housing Officer in the public sector. I joined my brothers Consultancy CR Management nearly 13 years ago and learnt how to use my experience in my new role as a Planner.
I was thrust in the deep end in 2002 when i was resident Planniner on site for a £65 M project in Threadneedle Street London. I have worked on a variety of projects in and around the south East of the UK, some new build and others major refurrbishment projects, like the Hippodrome Circus London, and 45 Park Lane London hotel.
My involvement has always been varied. It could be researching As Built data and building an As Built programme for delay analysis, or on site providing weekly progress records and producing programmes showing progress and new rescheduled end dates. I have been involved in many aspects of planning programming and generally with ASTA PP.
Through my own business, I offer clients an in-depth understanding of delay analysis and an expertise in building as-built data programmes, including in depth document research, appraisal and linkage.
I am adept at monitoring a client’s site progress and have been engaged on numerous large projects where detailed records were required.
