I am a project planner with 8 years of experience in Project Planning and Controls, specializing subsea manufacturing equipment and rig-building and have handled several large scale projects varying from ranging from 200 to 700 million dollars in value.

My area of expertise lies in the development, tracking and reporting of the project schedule using a variety of planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, Excel) and controlling the project timeline to ensure a timely and smooth delivery. This is done via strong communications with the project team to ensure that they are kept abreast of the project health and to be able to make timely decision making by providing scenario analysis support. I have also travelled between various countries to help evaluate and review the vendor’s project progress reporting and construction sequencing.
