I am looking for an opportunity in construction planning with a contractor in the south west & can be contacted at bill@bbarnes.fsnet.co.uk.  I am based in Plymouth and for the past 10 years worked primarily in the pre construction team for Devon & Cornwall. I was responsible for tender planning and project coordination on 2 stage tenders, frameworks and competitive tenders. I had extensive involvement in the pre construction phase and provided post contract planning support to the project teams. I have procurement experience using several different forms of contract including JCT, GC Works, NEC, PPC 2000 and ICE. An experienced user of ASTA Powerproject Teamplan for planning and programming I have extensive IT skills and have developed these skills further producing phasing diagrams demonstrating graphically the construction method and sequence.
