Sheun Ige is a forensic delay analyst with over 10 years  of experience gained on a variety of engineering, commercial and management roles in diverse project environments such as high rise buildings, retail and commercial property, highways,  power plants, oil and gas, infrastructure and telecommunication facilities. His specific expertise is in the planning and controlling of engineering and construction projects. 

He has undertaken assignments for government, consultancies, developers and contractors, involving the provision of technical, contractual and commercial advice to clients in relation to the prevention and resolution of time and cost overruns in their construction projects and managing the associated risks. He also assists Expert Witness in preparing Expert Reports in support of construction dispute settlement negotiations and arbitration / litigation processes, in areas related to project delays, project management processes and decisions, and the effect of various events or factors on project performance.

Sheun’s experience has included landmark projects in Nigeria, Qatar, Mozambique and South Africa. As a result of his unique combination of technical, commercial, management, and geographical experience, he has successful delivered major projects in emerging market economies such as the Middle East and Africa.
