Applying for Position of Senior Planning Engineer, With more than (11) years demonstrable experience in the construction industry involving all disciplines of construction engineering and project management, Broad experience in planning, scheduling and cost control, Claim analysis, forensic schedule analysis methodologies, Knowledge of cost estimating, tendering preparation and analysis, Involved in preparing Earned Value Analysis (CPI/SPI), cost evaluation, evaluation of progress billings, fluctuations and escalations, project schedules, cash flow projection and project reports. Prepare cost for construction management on actual project expenses as against cash flow projections.

• Negotiating and defending contractual claims for extension of time and cost loss, representing both claimants and respondents
• Responsible in scheduling activities and preparation of baseline Programs, bar charts, S-curves, work breakdown structure, etc.
• Updating of primavera, schedule, Adjustment of manpower loading and cost loading based from plan against actual, Schedule analysis.
• Earned Value Analysis (CPI/SPI, ETC,EAC) .
