• Development and support of the work production schedule in a Primavera Project Planner (P3)
• Managing the performance of Construction activities using Primavera Software.
• Generating weekly & monthly reports on performance progress
• Assist preparation of cash flow reports;
and will prepare:
- Update and monitor the project schedule with Primavera on site beginning with tender phase;
- Monthly Progress Reports by using Primavera;
- Monthly Progress Payments;
- Daily Progress Reports;
- Recovery Action Plans when necessary;
- Detailed project schedules for each construction division on site.

Main Responsibilities:
• Planning and safely execution of Turnarounds of minimum duration and cost necessary to achieve a reliable run to next scheduled shutdown by following IMPACT (Initiative for Managing Pacesetter Turnarounds) process driven by legal compliance and/or reliability of equipment.
• Development of P3 schedules for different projects such as plant process equipment Turnarounds, MEJ (major expense jobs), Preventative Maintenance and other discovery or emergency works using Primavera software. Projects development includes loading manpower, material and equipment resources. Gathering equipment data, loading in Database and development of work lists subject to execution during Turnarounds, MEJ, etc. Work lists review & approval with Operations.
• Development of project schedules for modification Job Packs, issued by Materials & Reliability Engineering Group, using Primavera software. Loading and adjustment of manpower, material and equipment resources.
• Work progress coordination between Maintenance and Operations during execution of Turnarounds, MEJ, etc.
Progress monitoring of activities planned for projects by getting daily updates from Maintenance and Operations and visiting the work sites. Monitoring the work completed and reporting work not completed against the schedule produced.
• Analyzing the work scope completed during Turnarounds, MEJ, etc. and developing/running reports by various performance measures – safety, schedule, budget & quality.
• Early integration of the Turnaround and the Capital Project scopes which is a must for success of the turnaround and the project
