·      Project Controls Engineerwith 7 years of work experience including 4 years experience in a 1.5BN Euro international construction program. Qualified in performing the following functions:

o    Planning and scheduling (CPM); progress and productivity monitoring (EVM, etc.); cost engineering; preparation of conceptual estimates; trend engineering and change management; assistance with project risk management; assistance with claims analysis.

·      Basic knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction and startup processes.

·      Proficient user of Project Controls Software (Primavera P6 user with 7 years experience) and MS Windows Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).

·      Skilled inoral and written communications. Fluent English (native language – Russian).

·     Member of Association for Advancement of Cost Engineering International (www.AACEi.org) and Competent Member of International Guild of Project Controls (http://www.planningplanet.com/guild)
