KEYS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

45 years employed full time in the construction industry.  Advanced from project field engineer to project executive.  Experience in heavy civil works including airports, subway systems, major highways, bridge and tunnel construction.  Additional experience in steel mills, historic renovations, and healthcare projects.  Began planning and scheduling while working on the Fort McHenry Tunnel Project in Maryland in 1980.  Afterwhich served as a scheduler for a continuous caster project for Bethlehem Steel at Sparrows Point steel mill.  Since 1986 have focused primarily on hospital construction progressing from project manager to project executive.  For the last five years I have focused my career on the pre-construction phase within the healthcare industry.
