A highly experienced, expert Senior Programme / Project Planner with SC Security Clearance, having worked within Central Government (Home Office, Cabinet Office, DEFRA) and large companies (Fujitsu Services, BAE Systems, J. Sainsbury), and with extensive PMO capabilities.

Recently left a Fujitsu Services infrastructure transition programme at the HO, prior to which I was the Senior Programme Planner for 2.5 years on the high profile development of the biometric passport at the HO's Identity & Passport Service (IPS).
My skills encompass complex, multi-stream product- and stage-based planning (including MS Project EPM and Server), team management, governance structures and stakeholder management, competitive procurement dialogues, risk and dependency management, integration of suppliers’ processes, EVM, process transformation, training, mentoring and knowledge transfer.
