EXPERIENCE OVER VIEW- 7 years rich experience in Project Control, EVM ,Planning and Management

PROFESSIONAL ACQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITES

·         Leading All Project Control , Planning Activity for complete Engineering ,Procurement ,Contracts and Construction from Concept stage to Completion Stage PAN India Basis. For Ongoing and Upcoming projects.

·         Approving Preliminary & Master baseline schedule for Engineering, Procurement, Contracts and Construction of multi level Work break down structure in accordance with all contractual aspects of the project, Site condition & Material supply form Tender stage to final Execution stage.

·         Direct Coordination with Contractors, Zonal Construction Head, Zonal Planners, Zonal Engineering Co-coordinators , Design Consultant ,NHQ Engineering Head, NHQ Contracts Head, NHQ Construction Head and NHQ Planning Head.

·         Extracting Drawings from DEC and Internal Design team from Concept stage to GFC stages , including required drawings from several authorities like Municipal, Fire, NHAI, MOEF etc.

·         Making sure All contracts and FIM material are delivered from Contracts and Procurement Head in times as per project requirement.

·         Cash flow preparation & Cash flow projection.

·         Reviewing and Approving Manpower Histogram & Resource forecast.

·         Reviewing and Preparation of production chart & S-curve based on Cost and Time

·         Reviewing and Approving work ahead program and resource forecast for the same.

·         Application of EVM (Earned value management.)

·         Project analysis on the basis of SPI (Schedule efficiency ratio) and CPI (Cost Performance Index ) method.

·         Reviewing and Preparing MIS report consisting of updated Schedule, Manpower histogram, Productivity S-Curve & Cash flow sheet and EVM analysis.

·         Analyzing the progress on the basis of difffent parameters i.e.: Cost, Man hours, Concrete consumption, Execution weight factor and comparing with baseline plan.

·         Delay and Risk analysis

·         Impact schedule and Forensic analysis.

Providing regular training to Junior Planners in the team and in Organization
