My passion for Project Management and holistic interest in Business Operations and Strategy let me into understanding the fundamentals of Project Planning.

For 6 years as a Site Project Planner on the following projects; New Multi Product Pipeline (Project total cost -  R23.4 billion) with Arup, Kalagadi Manganese Mining project (Project total cost - R11.2 billion), Basil read on the Olifants River Project Resource Project with TCTA as the Sponsor (Project total cost - R 1.1 billion) at contract award , 1 Year asProject Manager at Focus Project Management Transnet Refurbishment Project  (Project total cost - R 53 million) and Prasa in cab signalling project (project total fees - R27 million) with Focus Project Management. I am currently work for Gautrain Management Agency as Specialist Project Planning the following projects: Integrated Fare Management (Project Manager) (Project estimated cost R1 billion), First and Last Mile Master Plan and Feasibility study (Project Manager) (Project award cost R1.2 Million), System Audit Project (ProjectPlanner) (Project award cost R 400 Million) and New 48 cars Rolling stock (ProjectPlanner) (Project estimate cost R 2 billion).

I have since continued to developed skills in Managing Subcontractors, Project Coordinating (time, cost and resources), Progress update and critical path analysis, Communication Management (Client, Sponsor and Contractor), Construction Claim (Extension of Time based on before impact and after impact), Stakeholder Management (risk associated with delay of project), Researched and Managed Risks (qualitatively), Scheduling mining programme, 3 week Project Schedule forecast, Site Supervision, Daily Costing, Progress update, S – Curves, Time Location, Month end report, Time and Cost evaluation, Quantification of Extension of Time  and Dashboard reports presentations.
