I  previously worked at Pettifer Construction for 11 years where I obtained my HNC in Building Studies, I worked on Tender Planning which involved the Tender Programme, all necessary temporary works, Site logistics, Method Statements and Tender H&S plans.  I also worked on live Construction Projects producing the Contract Programme showing the resources and cashflows using the Asta Powerproject Planning Software, then produced collaborative/target programmes as the start of the project, monitored progress weekly throughout the duration of the works, producing internal monthly reports for the Construction Director and project teams.  I also produced short term/completion/finishing programmes as necessary and prepared delay programmes for extension of time and dispute claims.
