(Jan 09 – May 10) Master plan schedule for more than 48 tenders and detailed baseline schedule for 3 projects including resources assignment, cash flow and manpower histogram.
(Nov 08 – Jan 09) Tendering procedures for 3 projects including cost estimating & pricing; submission of technical & commercial packages; leading a team of 9 Engineers, 3 Supervisors and 6 document controllers (Qatar).
(Feb 08 – Oct 08)Evaluationfor more than 35 contractor’s payments, 25 consultant’s payments, 30 claims and issuance of 10 Variation orders (23 schools project-Qatar).
