·      Plan and assist to provide complete Project Controls requirements including assistance in recruitment

·      Strategic systems evaluation and gap analysis for acquisition of desired systems and adding improvements where necessary

·      Provide required relevant assistance and guidance for development, evaluation and review of:

-          Standard Work Breakdown Structure and hierarchy, congruent to company requirements and reporting;

-          Standard systems and their implementation for optimum resource usage and performance;

-          Standard project reporting procedures, formats and documentation management;

-          Realistic project/s timelines to suit stakeholders and contract/s requirements;

-          Stakeholder Management and periodic project/s status appraisals as per requirements;

-          Design Management with Value Engineering in focus to achieve efficiency in costs;

-          Procurement Management of Contracts for timely award;

-          Sub-contracting Management for in-time mobilization and active engagement;

-          BIM Management for Design and Planning efficiency;

-          Procurement Management of major materials and commodities on critical Long Lead items;

-          Risk Management and analyses on forecasts with risk profiling of projects to minimize exposure and explore potential opportunities;

-          Budget allocations and alignment as per the agreed WBS;

-          Change Order Management – Control procedures to validate scope changes and their impacts on time and costs;

-          Validating Value of Work done and Payment Certifications including Final Accounts for closure;

-          Meeting various periodic reporting requirements based on the audience in the management;

-          Claims assessments and validation with award recommendations and negotiations;

Lead, direct and manage all aspects of Project Controls as required from concept to completion including contracts execution with a focus on project/s delivered within scope of works and constraints of cost, quality and time.
