  • Control Scope of work, Issue, Verify and Maintain the schedule, Issue of Project Documents, Management of Non-conformance reports, Interface with client, Day to Day Project Management, Prepare the Project Meeting with client, Prepare and Issue weekly and Monthly Reports.
  • Efficiently manage and secure orders with the support of Business Development.
  • To assure the fulfilment of Technical and Quality requirement.
  • To maintain relations with the customer and to obtain feedback on the project performance from customers.

  • Conducting Workshops and carrying out Meeting for Familiarizing/Detailing the Project Requirements. 
  • Initiating the Project Work after award. Identify Requirements Traceability Matrix. 
  • Develop The Project Management Plan with Required Subsidiary Plan. 
  • Develop Project Baselines (Schedule, Cost).
  • Create & Sequence Activities, Develop Schedule, Loading Resources, Prepare Histograms & Material Procurement Schedule.
  • Direct Project Execution Works, Prepare Progress Reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) including Progress Assessment and Productivity, using Oracle / Primavera Project Planner ( P6, P5, P3E, P3.1, P3), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Monitor against Approved Baselines and Prepare Project Control Reports.
  • Prepare Delay Analysis, Variance Report, Suggest Corrective actions and Initiate Change Request.
  • Prepare Change Request and Maintain Change Log. Implement the Approved Change request and Modify Baseline and Report According to Revised Baseline.
  • Prepare Payment Certificates/ Monthly Invoice for submission to client and fallow up approval and payments.
  • Document the Lesson Learn and Various Experiences to be used as guideline for future Projects.
