s     Working as Lead Site Project Controls, Reporting to Project Controls Manager.

 

s     Worked as Lead planner for different projects to complete multiple tasks. Developed a practical short duration L3 schedule for Giza/Banha projects within limited time to avoid future risk of $ 0.5MM LD by 10 days early submission to customer.

s     Worked for delay analysis, which demonstrate that late material deliveries not affect the EPC schedule to achieve milestones like first fire and synchronization of units.

s     Working as Lead planner for MD (11) projects in Iraq for effective liaising with customer & Partner thereby reducing the delay impact on contract milestones by developing monthly/weekly as needed operating rhythm to review schedule issues& analyzing progress in critical areas to ensure proper implementation of manpower & resources as per budgeted cost.

s     Maintained support with partner to develop & update P6 standard schedules for Fast Track (Iraq) projects. Analyzed the schedule & progress to identify critical issues and reduced the delay impact by 2 months thru productive recommendations.

 

s     Analysis of on-going schedule comparative to baseline. Activity includes but not limited to; verification of Critical path and impact to target milestones (contractual, project key milestones, turnkeys etc.) and recommending possible mitigating actions.

s     Planning with subcontractor on their scope of work on daily/weekly basis. Driving daily meetings with sub-contractors and leads.

s     Practical Schedule status was urgently required for GSU installation due to late deliveries at site to expedite the activities, worked with GE/Prolec and EPC contractor to establish an effective plan which minimized delay, management was pleased with results.

s     Set priorities of work based on contract schedule and milestone.

s     Working on schedule analysis and showing critical path activities to project management.
