I have been involved in all Planning and Project Controls activities for building works in Hong Kong and Macau. I have worked on number of high-quality large-scale building property development and master planning. My construction experience covers wide range of building properties such as culture centre, columbarium, hospital, theatre and airport building projects.The project delivery that I have worked covering the roles of main contractor, design and build contractor and management contractor. Over the years I have built up considerable experience with different clients, namely ArchSD, MTR, Venetian Macau, AA and HK Disneyland. I have worked under many forms of contract, including NEC3, Design-and-Construct, Management Contracting and Traditional Lump Sum Construction Contract. I am accustomed to dealing with and developing schedules with all project stakeholders including the employer, designers, contractors and end users.
