I offer strong qualifications in the areas of strategic and tactical project controls, Primavera & Prolog systems, risk management and project management/support within the construction, engineering and consulting industries. My experience comes from both the owner and contractor side of projects.

I am the Manager of Project Controls @ CH2M Hill, in the Center for Project Excellence organization. In this role, I am the technology leader for the Project Planning and Scheduling function across the enterprise for a broad classification of projects and major programs. I work with the Business Groups to identify opportunities and efficiently implement Project Planning & Scheduling processes, policies, tool and systems to effectively evaluate and manage the projects. I am responsible for evaluating and integrating Project Planning and Scheduling tools and processes to develop and maintain a comprehensive and robust technology platform to support enterprise wide project and program delivery needs.

• 20+ years of experience in project controls, program and project management for large, CAPEX & OPEX construction projects and programs, in both the public and private sectors of the AEC/EPC industry.
• Certified Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) by the Association for Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE)
• Hands-On experience in identification, communication, and resolution of critical project interdependencies, while providing an interface between my employer and its internal/external customers on multiple/concurrent projects.
• Creative and innovative technology leader with considerable knowledge of initiating and implementing World Class program controls to meet corporate objectives in the areas of Budget (dollars), Schedule (time) and Scope (quality).
• Developed program controls to evaluate, identify and mitigate project risks appropriately. Successfully completed several, billion dollar plus programs over my career.
• Financial/Technical management of large construction management program, including planning/budgeting of Capital and Operational expenditures and regularly scheduled program reviews to maintain cost/schedule/quality control measures.
•  Demonstrated experience in cost and schedule management, change control, earned value management systems (EVMS) and ERP integrations.
• Experienced in Primavera project Planner Scheduling and Portfolio Management Software (including P3 v2.0, 3.0/3.1, P3e, P4/5, P6.1, P6.2 and P6 v7.0)
