Having started my career in 1995, I have 16 ½ years of experience in planning and project control activities of various industrial sectors.

Being a graduate mechanical engineer, I have gained extensive hands-on experience in planning and project control for large scale multi disciplinary projects in the railway, oil and gas, building construction, M&E and power plant construction. I was previously working with Balfour Beatty Major projects for London Underground for their stations upgrade (Refurbishment & Modernisation) programme since Sep 2006 and currently working with Network Rail investment projects since April 2010.

The transferable skills that I have acquired and developed in the areas of planning and project control includes Project and Programme schedule management, P3e schedule development, management reporting, change control process management, earned value and risk analysis, cross-functional coordination, programme auditing and quality assurance, contract and claim supports etc provide particular leverage in accomplishing and developing wide areas of responsibility.
